The Equipment Maintenance Technician, Level 4 role is onsite in Solon, OH, on a 24/7 night schedule from 5:45 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Pay is $29.65–$41.50 per hour, with additional overtime and an off-shift differential. The technician supports Swagelok's manufacturing operations and fluid system solutions production. The role diagnoses and resolves equipment issues across multiple maintenance disciplines, performs preventive maintenance, and supports equipment reliability. It also contributes to shift coordination, continuous improvement, and safe, effective plant operations.

What you'll do

• Use appropriate hand tools and follow safety and housekeeping practices
• perform preventive maintenance
• provide maintenance welding and soldering support
• use fabrication and machining equipment
• lead shift startup meetings
• support Reliability Excellence
• diagnose mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical problems
• interpret electronic schematics and equipment drawings
• troubleshoot across asset types
• recommend and implement equipment improvements
• use predictive technologies and analysis tools
• train others in basic shielding and plumbing
• travel to other facilities and vendors as required for training or support.
