The Real Estate Listing Closing Coordinator role is onsite in Sacramento, CA, with compensation of $20–$24 per hour. The Dan Ellison Team is part of a growing real estate group in Greater Sacramento. The coordinator manages listing and seller transaction processes so agents can focus on selling homes and clients receive organized service. The work includes preparing listing information, maintaining MLS listings, coordinating property preparation and inspections, and supporting transaction documentation and follow-through.

What you'll do

• Coordinate property photos, pre-listing presentations, and MLS comparable-property research
• obtain vendor estimates and schedule cleaning and repairs
• send completed listing agreements, seller disclosures, and other documents for file compliance
• supervise seller transactions through purchase agreement execution
• manage MLS listings and social media.
