What you'll do
- Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments using OASIS

- provide wound care, infusion therapy, catheter management, and other prescribed nursing services
- educate patients and families
- maintain timely and accurate records
- submit OASIS documentation
- communicate changes in patient status
- serve as a liaison among patients, families, and the care team.
