What you'll do

• Lead multiple commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• serve as primary client and stakeholder contact
• oversee budgets, schedules, and financial performance
• direct and support superintendents and field teams
• manage subcontractor performance
• ensure OSHA and company safety compliance
• coordinate with architects, engineers, and internal teams
• approve pay applications, change orders, and project documentation
• support mission-critical and other technical facility projects.
