Medical Assistant

The Medical Assistant role is onsite in Klamath Falls, OR, with pay of $19.97–$26.00 per hour. What you'll do

• Evaluate people arrested for jail acceptance and complete initial medical screenings
• assess vital signs and verify medications
• evaluate for drug and alcohol withdrawal
• treat minor wounds and illnesses
• respond to medical emergencies
• assist medical staff with chronic and acute care
• coordinate ambulance and private-vehicle transfers
• dispense medications according to physician and FNP orders
• maintain records and enter data
• order supplies.
