This role exists to provide essential support to doctors and patients in a fast-paced emergency and specialty care setting, ensuring high-quality medical treatment and compassionate client communication.

What you'll do

• Perform and support inpatient and outpatient care, including triage, diagnostics, treatments, and discharges.
• Assist with emergency cases, anesthesia, and surgical preparation/monitoring.
• Manage labs, bloodwork, radiographs, and medication administration (IV, IM, SQ, oral).
• Provide clear, compassionate client communication and education.
• Maintain accurate medical records and patient logs (SOAPs).
• Monitor hospitalized patients, collaborate on rounds, and support overnight emergencies (if applicable).
• Participate in training and mentorship for new team members.
• Support your department's organization, cleanliness, and inventory.
