The Personal Injury Legal Assistant role is an in-person position in Charles Town, WV, with compensation of $20 per hour. The role coordinates schedules, communications, files, and administrative case support so attorneys and paralegals can manage litigation matters effectively. It serves as a professional point of contact for clients, courts, and legal service providers.

What you'll do

• Coordinate deposition, mediation, client meeting, and attorney appointment schedules
• manage Calendly and track conflicts and deadlines
• communicate with clients, courts, and legal vendors
• maintain digital and physical files
• prepare basic correspondence and outgoing mail
• arrange attorney travel
• provide administrative and case support to attorneys and paralegals.
