It also helps investigate recurring issues, validate fixes, and guide users on Copilot functionality.

What you'll do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Microsoft 365 Copilot
• troubleshoot functionality, access, permissions, authentication, configuration, integrations, and application behavior
• respond to user requests and own tickets through resolution
• escalate complex issues
• investigate recurring problems
• document incidents and procedures
• assist with testing fixes and updates
• guide users
• identify support-process improvements.
