Construction Superintendent, Concrete Tilt-Up

The Construction Superintendent, Concrete Tilt-Up role is onsite in San Jose, CA, with annual pay of $130,000–$160,000. The superintendent oversees ground-up commercial and industrial construction projects, including warehouses, distribution centers, and logistics facilities. The role exists to manage field execution from initial sitework through completion, coordinating subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and project logistics. It helps deliver projects to plan while addressing construction, schedule, and quality concerns and coordinating closeout.

What you'll do

• Manage daily field operations
• oversee concrete tilt-up construction phases, including foundations, slab preparation, panel forming, concrete placement, erection, and bracing
• coordinate subcontractors, labor, equipment, materials, and deliveries
• maintain schedules and milestones
• coordinate structural steel, roofing, building envelope, MEP, sitework, and crane operations
• review drawings and project documentation
• monitor progress and quality
• ensure jobsite safety
• coordinate inspections and approvals
• maintain field reports
• and oversee punch lists and closeout.
