What you'll do

• Greet customers and document vehicle concerns
• use digital vehicle inspections to explain repair recommendations
• prepare estimates
• source and price aftermarket and OEM parts
• coordinate work orders with technicians
• participate in the rotating Rack Attack inspection and service process
• close repair orders, process payments, and resolve customer concerns.
