What you'll do

• Maintain Cisco and Palo Alto network infrastructure, including firewalls, routers, switches, LANs, WANs, VPNs, and wireless networks
• implement approved configuration changes
• assist with AWS network deployment
• apply security practices and escalate concerns
• maintain network documentation
• support configuration management, change control, and training documentation
• respond to tickets and resolve Tier 2/3 issues
• support equipment refresh, upgrades, and patching
• coordinate with vendors and stakeholders.
