What you'll do

  • Collect payments and update invoice statuses
  • assist with invoice issues
  • welcome visitors and respond to inquiries
  • notify clients about auction postings and inventory updates
  • process auction invoices
  • maintain accounts payable spreadsheets
  • organize digital and paper records
  • prepare correspondence
  • process Alaska DMV titles, registrations, tags, and related documents
  • notarize documentation as required
  • route mail and deliveries
  • maintain reception and administrative areas.
