What you'll do

• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living, including feeding, transfers, ambulation, showering, and toileting
• engage participants in structured and unstructured activities
• follow activity schedules
• maintain attendance, activity, nutrition, health, and incident records
• maintain a safe environment and report safety issues
• cooperate with staff and volunteers
• attend meetings and training.
