Job overview
The Director of Project Management role is onsite in the Denver–Boulder area; the listing location is Lafayette, CO. Compensation is $150,000–$170,000 per year, depending on experience. The role leads the project management function at an architectural millwork company serving high-end residential projects in mountain resort markets. This working leader manages a reduced project portfolio while developing the project management team and setting consistent execution standards. The role coordinates across estimating, engineering, production, and installation, strengthens client and design-partner relationships, and is structured as a growth path toward the company’s General Manager position.
What you'll do
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable the client-facing project management team
- manage a reduced personal project load
- set execution standards for portfolio ownership, estimating fluency, and change-order review
- build relationships across estimating, engineering, production, and installation
- strengthen relationships with general contractors, architects, and designers
- coordinate scopes with sister-company project managers
- manage scheduling and tracking in INNERGY
- lead EOS meetings and scorecard rhythms.
