What you'll do

• Monitor project budgets, commitments, forecasts, purchase orders, invoices, and expenditures
• review contractor invoices and pay applications for accuracy and contractual compliance
• coordinate with project and field personnel to validate billed work and progress
• audit contracts, change orders, vendor commitments, invoices, and financial records
• prepare cost reports, variance analyses, cash-flow forecasts, and financial summaries
• research billing discrepancies
• support reconciliation and closeout
• maintain auditable project documentation.
