The 1:1 Middle/High School Teacher, Math and Writing role is onsite in Seattle, WA, serving students in the Central Seattle area. Pay is $40 per hour. Spring Academy provides individualized instruction for students who face obstacles in traditional classroom settings and partners with Seattle private schools. The teacher delivers one-to-one instruction tailored to students’ learning goals in middle- or high-school writing and math, including algebra and geometry. Personalized teaching supports students with additional learning needs and helps them participate in their regular education programs.

What you'll do

• Provide one-to-one instruction to middle- and high-school students
• address individual learning goals in writing and math, including algebra and geometry
• adapt instruction to student levels and personalities
• support students with learning disabilities and additional learning needs.
