Human Resources Generalist

What you'll do

• Respond to employee workplace, accommodation, leave, benefits, and time-off questions
• administer HRIS records and employee lifecycle transactions
• build reports and dashboards
• coordinate HRIS data with Payroll
• support multi-state employment law compliance, leave administration, wage and hour reviews, audits, and filings
• assist with onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, and HR projects.
