What you'll do

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses
• create and implement treatment plans
• complete ongoing documentation, treatment plan reviews, and case notes
• coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and school staff as needed
• attend clinical meetings and trainings
• maintain appropriate client boundaries.
