The manager brings cross-functional contributors together to produce accurate, timely submissions and supports contract administration and improvements to response materials and processes.

What you'll do

• Coordinate RFX responses from intake through submission
• gather information from sales, security, finance, and legal
• manage assignments, reminders, meetings, and approvals
• draft and format responses
• maintain content libraries, templates, and playbooks
• support basic contract and NDA review and redlining
• maintain records and reporting
• escalate complex or high-risk matters to legal counsel.
