What you'll do

• Solicit group business across market segments
• maintain client relationships
• follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings
• research markets and trends
• track booking goals with the Director of Sales
• conduct site tours
• coordinate with Front Office, Food and Beverage, Spa, and Marketing
• manage leads and bookings in sales systems
• prepare proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders
• communicate event details
• report account activity and performance metrics
• support sales materials and promotional tools.
