What you'll do

• Advise the general manager and executive committee on financial impacts of business decisions
• monitor cash flow, revenues, expenses, and variances
• coordinate budgets and forecasts
• reconcile balance-sheet accounts
• audit internal financial controls
• ensure regulatory and tax compliance
• prepare and review financial reports
• hire, train, supervise, and develop finance staff
• participate in management-on-duty coverage as required.
