What you'll do

  • Draft and prosecute U.S. and international biotech and life sciences patent applications
  • respond to USPTO office actions and conduct examiner interviews
  • analyze invention disclosures, experimental results, and scientific data
  • conduct prior-art searches and patentability analyses
  • prepare claim charts
  • support due diligence and freedom-to-operate projects
  • collaborate with inventors and scientific teams.
