What you'll do

• Assist with proposal reviews, scope understanding, and project handoffs
• track schedules, milestones, action items, and documentation
• coordinate communication among project managers, construction managers, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, and stakeholders
• attend and document meetings
• support site readiness, commissioning, closeout, change management, cost tracking, and pay applications
• escalate issues
• learn project management methods and lifecycle processes.
