What you'll do

• Oversee resident care, including initial and ongoing assessments
• hire, orient, train, supervise, and evaluate care assistants and related team members
• maintain resident care and service plans
• coordinate medication orders and records
• communicate with physicians and families about changes in condition or incidents
• monitor care areas, supplies, diets, and emergency response
• maintain compliance with state and local regulations
• manage team performance and department goals.
