What you'll do

• Verify insurance eligibility and active coverage
• complete checks at intake, admission, periodically, and when coverage changes
• identify and escalate coverage problems
• maintain tracking systems and confidential records
• coordinate with insurers and state agencies
• assist with applications, renewals, recertifications, and required documentation
• educate and advocate for individuals
• report coverage status and unresolved barriers to leadership.
