Description
Assist in the development of individualized patient care plans. Contribute to the nursing center interdisciplinary Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process. Identify changes in patient condition and coordinate scheduling and completion of indicated assessments. Assist with Activities of Daily Living training.
