Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is an onsite, full-time role in Portland, OR, working Tuesday through Saturday for 40 hours per week. The starting rate is $29 per hour. Cambridge Real Estate Services manages multifamily housing developments, including affordable housing, conventional communities, and historic properties. The technician performs repairs and preventive maintenance to preserve property condition and appearance. What you'll do

• Complete maintenance requests and apartment turnovers
• respond professionally to ongoing requests within 24-hour response guidelines
• participate in rotating after-hours on-call service
• maintain interior and exterior common areas
• perform litter patrol and pressure washing
• attend company-sponsored training seminars
• travel between sites as structured for business needs.
