What you'll do

• Manage the consultation process through signed financial contracts and clinical commitment
• present treatment plans and options
• track pending cases in CRM and conduct follow-up
• structure payment plans and use third-party patient financing
• support lead generation through internal referrals and community engagement
• track marketing conversion metrics
• collaborate with doctors to align clinical recommendations and financial discussions.
