Restoration Crew Chief

Job overview

The Restoration Crew Chief role is field-based in the Asheville, NC area, with local jobs and occasional out-of-town travel. Compensation is $18–$25 per hour. SERVPRO of Asheville East responds to fire, water, mold, and storm damage affecting homes and businesses. The crew chief leads restoration work from initial customer contact through project completion, coordinating crew tasks and maintaining quality and safety. The role helps customers recover from property damage by overseeing cleanup and restoration activities and keeping them informed.

What you'll do

• Meet customers and set expectations

• oversee drying, demolition, cleaning, and content pack-out as required
• update customers
• document work and manage materials and equipment
• complete work with the site clean
• lead the crew and maintain quality and safety.
