The Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) — Part-Time role is hybrid in Hill Air Force Base, UT, with two required onsite days each week. Compensation is not specified. The role supports the Hill CEDC IT Operations & Maintenance contract and cybersecurity for the Industrial Depot Maintenance project. The ISSO manages cybersecurity controls, Risk Management Framework (RMF) documentation, continuous monitoring, and vulnerability remediation to help maintain compliance and secure mission-critical systems supporting IDM operations.

What you'll do

• Manage the RMF lifecycle for IDM systems
• maintain ACAS, HBSS/ESS, and SCAP compliance
• ensure STIG compliance and track POA&Ms through remediation
• monitor systems against cybersecurity policies and standards
• conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation
• review configurations, changes, and architecture against approved baselines
• support authorization, continuous monitoring, and inspections
• analyze alerts, findings, and incidents
• maintain audit-ready cybersecurity documentation
• coordinate with the IDM Project Manager, system administrators, and cybersecurity personnel.
