What you'll do

• Lead the stand when the General Manager is absent

• ensure adherence to operating systems and product availability
• complete financial reports and review profit-and-loss statements
• identify operational gaps and action plans
• coach, train, and evaluate team members
• prepare schedules and manage staffing, inventory, and labor
• support hiring and retention
• resolve guest complaints
• enforce food safety and sanitation
• and support the General Manager.
