What you'll do

• Provide technical support for hardware, systems, software, remote access, and network issues
• manage help desk tickets and document resolutions
• support remote staff and firm computer, telephone, and conferencing systems
• maintain technology documentation
• troubleshoot Windows, Office, remote access, network connectivity, and security
• collaborate on system and process improvements
• participate in after-hours coverage rotation as needed
• travel to Pacific Northwest offices as business needs require.
