Part-Time Facility Manager

The part-time Facility Manager position is onsite in Plymouth, WI, Monday–Friday from 6:30 AM to 11:30 AM year-round. Pay is $25–$30 per hour. The role supports St. John the Baptist Church & School and its buildings, grounds, custodial staff, and school community. What you'll do

• Schedule building cleaning and floor maintenance
• conduct staff meetings and reviews
• coordinate outside vendors and contractors
• maintain mechanical systems, lighting, windows, doors, locks, and security systems
• coordinate landscaping, grounds, parking lots, and snow removal
• maintain equipment
• manage compliance inspections and records
• purchase equipment and supplies
• support annual budgeting
• arrange asbestos training
• conserve energy and utilities
• work with the school principal to maintain a safe and clean environment.
