What you'll do

• Submit, track, and reconcile warranty claims
• serve as a contact for manufacturers and dealerships and negotiate policy or goodwill coverage
• audit repair orders for required documentation
• analyze fleet failure trends
• report recovery targets and pending credits
• track safety recalls and manufacturer service bulletins.
