What you'll do

• Support Sales Management and Active Sales Managers with reporting, organization, and administrative tasks
• schedule, maintain, and distribute sales reports
• onboard agents and users to CRM platforms and sales tools
• create and maintain CRM list views
• coordinate leads
• perform data entry and record maintenance
• support funeral homes and sales teams
• maintain internal relationships
• identify process gaps and propose improvements.
