What you'll do

• Advise clients on data privacy, product compliance, emerging technology, advertising, and marketing
• draft and negotiate technology and data agreements
• develop privacy programs and conduct assessments
• advise on data incidents and breach response
• counsel on artificial intelligence, AdTech, health data, biometric information, and children’s and teenagers’ data
• and support privacy and technology issues in commercial and corporate transactions.
