Junior CCTV Installation & Service Technician

Job overview

Compensation is $22–$24 per hour. The Junior CCTV Installation & Service Technician role is onsite in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, based at the Farmers Branch office. Birdseye Solutions provides AI-driven remote facility supervision and security and operational support for logistics facilities and other businesses. The role supports CCTV installation and service work, customer satisfaction, inventory and equipment readiness, and the upkeep of related network infrastructure and vehicles.

What you'll do

• Support onsite management of CCTV installations and services
• coordinate trades and staff
• review project proposals and develop execution plans
• provide technical support and onsite assistance
• maintain service schedules and communicate with customers
• manage inventory, CCTV returns, network infrastructure, vehicles, surveillance trailers, and solar units
• coach support staff
• participate in system integration improvements and market analysis
• participate in the service on-call rotation.
