What you'll do

• Provide Tier II/III support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripherals
• install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, Windows, and enterprise applications
• diagnose LAN and network connectivity issues
• support Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, GIS, and AutoCAD
• perform imaging, deployments, upgrades, patching, and hardware replacements
• document incidents and resolutions
• respond to service requests under SLAs
• coordinate escalations with IT teams
• follow cybersecurity requirements and maintain technical documentation and asset records.
