What you'll do

• Administer medications under the direction of a licensed nurse
• assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, positioning, transfers, and ambulation
• follow individualized care plans and nursing standards
• observe and report changes in residents' condition
• support resident independence and dignity
• communicate with nurses, team members, residents, and families
• maintain a clean and safe environment
• document care
• follow infection control, safety, and confidentiality protocols.
