The Project Engineering Development Program is a full-time, onsite, three-month program at Space Kinetic’s headquarters in El Segundo, CA. Compensation is $30–$42 per hour, depending on the highest completed degree. Space Kinetic is developing space-operation technology for commercial and government missions. As part of the Program Management team, participants help coordinate spacecraft development from concept through manufacturing and testing. The program provides mentored project work and practical experience tracking progress, schedules, risks, and milestones, with long-term employment opportunities evaluated based on performance.

What you'll do

• Support coordination of spacecraft development programs
• work with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and operations teams
• track technical progress and integrated schedules
• identify program risks and help ensure milestones are achieved
• complete one to three projects with a mentor and provide monthly progress updates to leadership.
