What you'll do

• Recruit and assign staff
• manage a caseload of 25–30 active cases
• supervise and train direct support staff
• maintain regulatory compliance
• conduct person-centered assessments and develop Individualized Support Plans
• review documentation and utilization
• report incidents and support risk mitigation and audits
• monitor billing and authorizations
• coordinate with families, agencies, nursing, and leadership
• provide on-call crisis support as required.
