What you'll do
- Facilitate curriculum-based groups
- provide meal monitoring and support
- document groups, meals, check-ins, and observations
- provide milieu support, de-escalation, and crisis management
- monitor bathrooms and outside breaks
- conduct self-harm and suicide assessments
- support morning routines in inpatient/residential programs
- collect weights, vitals, and urine in some settings
- implement behavior plans for some patients
- provide primary therapist coverage with clinical leadership support.
