What you'll do

• Serve as primary staff person for event sales of individual spaces or the entire Conservatory
• prepare event timelines
• manage communications, banquet event orders, floor plans, contracts, and TripleSeat CRM records
• coordinate with caterers, rental companies, and musicians
• oversee events onsite and coordinate cleanup
• direct event assistants
• maintain client and vendor relationships
• schedule appointments
• support department planning and internal events
• maintain records and income reports and deposits.
