What you'll do

• Remain awake and attentive throughout the accepted shift
• complete safety checks and monitor clients according to care plans
• assist with bedtime and morning routines, toileting, mobility, repositioning, meals, hydration, and medication reminders as assigned
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• document care and observations
• report changes or concerns
• provide handoff to the incoming caregiver or approved representative.
