What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from hiring-manager intake through offer negotiation
• source passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and professional networks
• conduct behavioral interviews and technical screenings
• advise hiring managers on role definitions, job descriptions, and market trends
• maintain a professional candidate experience
• manage Teamtailor ATS data and track time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.
