What you'll do

• Provide resident-centered nursing care
• assist with daily living activities including bathing, toileting, and grooming
• obtain and record vital signs
• assist with transfers and mobility
• support dining experiences
• document resident interactions and behavior
• communicate changes in resident condition to the charge nurse.
