The Manufacturing Skilled Operator — 12-Hour Night Shift, 6 PM–6 AM role is onsite in Somerset, NJ; pay is $16–$23 per hour. The operator supports production by running and maintaining manufacturing equipment, inspecting output, documenting production and quality data, and adapting across workstations to meet production needs safely and efficiently.

What you'll do

• Operate and maintain CNC machines, lamination systems, engraving systems, and card-finishing equipment
• perform tacking operations
• inspect output quality
• document production data and quality checks
• flex between functions and workstations
• collaborate with supervisors and planners
• follow safety procedures
• troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance
• report malfunctions or hazards
• and select program files and adjust offsets for material thickness.
