What you'll do

• Process customer orders and support timely fulfillment and delivery
• provide administrative support through data entry, file management, and document preparation
• research payment issues and coordinate with customer accounting teams
• assist the accident management team with documentation and communication
• respond to order-related emails and inquiries and escalate to account coordinators
• organize and document project activities
• update customer-care records
• answer incoming calls and address customer inquiries.
