Senior Test Engineer, Test and Evaluation

The Senior Test Engineer role is onsite at Hanscom Air Force Base in North Lexington, MA, with 20% travel. Compensation is $200,000 per year. The role supports the 96th Cyber Test Group task order and Detachment 1, initially focused on the Common Very Low Frequency Receiver Increment 2. The engineer provides strategic test and evaluation guidance across the acquisition lifecycle, helping integrated product teams plan, execute, analyze, and report system tests and ensure requirements are measurable and testable.

What you'll do

• Advise integrated product teams on test planning and execution
• support data collection, analysis, and reporting
• develop and review test plans, procedures, strategies, and master plans
• assess requirements for testability
• coordinate test resources, ranges, facilities, instrumentation, and data needs
• facilitate planning and design-review meetings
• conduct and direct test events
• advise military test directors.
