What you'll do

• Provide professional nursing care and carry out provider orders
• document care plans each shift
• communicate patient information through bedside reports, multidisciplinary rounds, and hourly rounding
• follow safety procedures and report care issues
• participate in unit safety huddles and quality initiatives
• collaborate across departments
• serve as a preceptor for new nurses
• float among units as assigned
• maintain current nursing licensure and department certifications.
